O.ME is an optimiser drink, meaning that unlike traditional energy drinks, it contains functional ingredients like BCAA, vitamins, minerals and electrolytes to support the wellbeing of one’s body and mind.

Whilst traditional energy drinks usually contain only caffeine, functional drinks contain functional ingredients that have health benefits or have nutritional value. O.ME drinks belong in the functional drink category and are designed to optimise one’s mind and body with a long-term perspective. 

The functional ingredients in O.ME drinks include BCAA, 7-8 vitamins, minerals and electrolytes. O.ME Focus & Energise range also contains natural caffeine, including green tea extract and green coffee extract.

Both O.ME ranges are built with natural ingredients and contain the perfect blend of functional ingredients, including BCAA, vitamins like C,D, Magnesium and Zinc, as well as electrolytes and minerals. The difference between the ranges is caffeine, which is included only in the Focus & Energise drinks to enable optimal support for moments where an extra boost is needed to reach your peak mentally and physically. O.ME Recharge & Recover drinks do not contain caffeine.

O.ME Recharge & Recover enables optimal support for the recovery of mind & body after intense workouts. The drinks contain an optimal blend of functional ingredients but no caffeine, making them perfect for moments where recharging for upcoming activities is needed.

O.ME contains a blend of BCAA, L-carnitine, 7-8 Vitamins, minerals and electrolytes per recipe. The optimal blend of vitamins includes vitamin C, B and D, in addition to Zinc and Magnesium, to mention a few. O.ME Focus & Energise also contains 180mg of natural caffeine. 

Vitamin C and B vitamins contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the normal function of the immune system.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function, vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and folic acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.

Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism and metabolism of fatty acids. It also contributes to normal cognitive function. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal muscle function. Zink and Magnesium also contribute to normal protein synthesis.

O.ME Focus & Energise contains 180mg of natural caffeine per can. Due to high caffeine content (54 mg/ 100 ml) it is not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Maximum recommended use of O.ME Focus & Energise is 2 cans per day.

There is only 0.8mg of sugar in 100ml of O.ME. The sugar in O.ME is from agave syrup, which with a hint of sucralose is used to give the drink its sweet but natural and fresh taste. Agave syrup and sucralose both have low glycemic index and therefore don't spike blood sugar levels much.
